Mr. Marlon Lowe

Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Border Protection

Marlon Lowe currently serves as the Deputy Commissioner, Border Protection (BPD) at the Jamaica Customs Agency, National Project Director for the Electronic Single Window for Trade (JSWIFT), Chairman of the Customs Broker Licence Advisory Board (CBLAB) and the JCA Quality Assurance Committee (QAC) as well as Chairman of the Airport Communications Project (AIRCOP). He previously served as Deputy Commissioner, Operations, and Senior Director, Central Operations where he had responsibility for Valuation Verification and Research section, Post Clearance Audit, the Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) Programme, Incentives, Private Bonded Warehouse and the Collections and Delinquency sections.
 
Mr. Lowe has served in various capacities including being a Post Auditor, Manager for Exports and Transhipment activities at Berth XI as well as for Public Bonded and Motor Vehicle Warehouses, Director of Marine Operations, Director of Compliance and Enforcement, Director of Customs House Operations and Assistant Commissioner among several others.
