Ownership of Site and Agreement to Terms of Use
These terms and conditions of use (herein “Terms of Use”, “Terms”) apply to your use of those consumer products, websites, and services (herein “The Services”, “Services”) listed within these Terms by the Jamaica Customs Agency (herein “The Agency”, “The JCA”). BY USING ANY OF THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.
By accessing and using any of our Services, you agree that your access to and use is subject to these Terms, as well as all applicable laws, as governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of Jamaica.

The following products, apps and services are covered by The JCA Terms of Use:

- Cancellation Request Form
- ASYCUDA World e-Services Registration Form
- Application for Refund
- Unaccompanied Baggage Allowance (UBA) Approval Form
- Request to be Present at Inspection Form
Your obligations
While using our Services, you agree:
- To provide accurate, relevant and complete information where required (such as on a webform)
- Not to misuse or disrupt The Services
- Not to use The Services in an unlawful or malicious way or for unauthorised purposes
- To comply with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines applicable to The Services and The Agency
You may not utilise any device, methodology, program or similar or equivalent manual process to access, acquire, monitor or reproduce any part of The Services or any content contained within, to obtain or attempt to obtain material, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through The Services.
You are prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part or feature of The Services, its connected systems or networks, or any servers, as well as any associated resources provided through The Services. This includes, but is not limited to, methods such as hacking, password mining, denial of service attacks, or other illegitimate activities.
You must not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of The Services or any connected resource, nor attempt to breach the security or authentication mechanisms of The Services or its associated facilities. Additionally, you are not permitted to reverse-engineer, trace, or attempt to uncover any information about other users, visitors or customers of The Services and The JCA, including those accounts that do not belong to you. Exploiting The Services or any associated functionalities to access or reveal information (such as personal data) beyond your own is strictly prohibited.
Furthermore, you agree not to engage in any activity that places an unreasonable or disproportionate heavy load on any of The Services infrastructure, systems, or any networks connected to The Services or The Agency.
Privacy
The JCA values the privacy and protection of our stakeholder’s data. The JCA’s Privacy Policy applies to the use of all our Services, and its terms are made a part of these Terms of Use by this reference. You will need to exercise good judgement regarding your interaction with these Linked Sites.

THE JCA DOES NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICES (INCLUDING ANY CONTENT, FUNCTIONALITY OR FEATURE) WILL BE FREE OF TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS OR INACCURACIES AND MAY NOT BE COMPLETE OR CURRENT. THE SERVICES ARE DELIVERED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE THEREFORE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CORRECT ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES OR OMISSIONS AND TO CHANGE OR UPDATE ANY INFORMATION AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. The Content of The Services as a whole, are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by the visitors and users of our Services. You may download, print and store selected portions of the content, provided you:

The JCA shall be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, publish and distribute any Comments you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. The JCA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our Services following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the revised Terms of Use.
